Eli Hyder is a senior corporate lawyer with more than 25 years of diversified international work experience providing in-depth business and legal advice with an emphasis on commercial transactions. He specializes in corporate reorganization, private placement, risk management, strategic planning, deal structuring, and contract negotiation.
He has advised on mergers, joint ventures, cross-border acquisitions, and corporate restructuring for international clients including, development, real estate, logistics and trading, construction and financial services on local and regional laws, free zones, and offshore jurisdictions. He also has extensive wide-ranging international commercial real estate experience covering all aspects of property sales and purchases, property developments, and lettings.
Eli was appointed in 2016 by the Ministry of Foreign Relations and Coorperation of International Communities of Guinea Bissau as an Ambassador-at-Large and special advisor to the Prime Minister in the areas of economy and investments.
Eli is a graduate of Bond University School of Law in Australia and has also studied Pharmacy at The University of Sydney. He also holds an MBA, a Public International Law Certificate from The Hague Academy of International Law and a Management Certificate from Cornell University. Fara Mohammad is a senior lawyer and specialist consultant in Islamic finance and has extensive experience in Islamic finance. She focuses on all types of Islamic financial products covering a wide range of assets, investment classes, and industrial sectors, of which several transactions have been named “Deal of the Year” by leading industry journals.
Fara has been involved in the development of Islamic finance products for many global financial institutions, has considerable experience with respect to the establishment of international funds and Sukuk, and has advised on the establishment of Shariah-compliant entities in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. She previously worked in Norton Rose LLP (London), Zaid Ibrahim and Co (Malaysia), and Shearn Delamore and Co (Malaysia).
Rami is a corporate and real estate lawyer with extensive expertise in providing advice on civil, criminal, and commercial litigation. His experience includes cases involving expert evidence and cross-jurisdictional coordination with an emphasis on the GCC region. Rami’s practice includes advising on MandA transactions, joint ventures, corporate governance, business structuring, and reorganization.
Rami has advised on a number of large initial public offerings and associated due diligence processes within the GCC area. In addition, Rami advises on all areas of property and contract law, including the negotiation and documentation of property acquisitions and disposals. Rami holds an LLB from the Lebanese University and was admitted to the Beirut Bar Association in 2003.
Khaled is a legal consultant at the firm, specializing in all litigation and court procedures. He also specializes in property, civil, commercial, personal status law, labor, and tenancy law. He has been practicing with other major Dubai firms and the Dubai Courts for more than 10 years.
Since joining Bond Lawyers Legal Consultants, he has handled a lot of civil and commercial cases and services local and international clients by assisting with all court procedures in coordination with local advocates.
His exceptional understanding of the principals of the Civil Code enables him to provide clients with legal opinions on the proper interpretation and application of the law provisions. Khaled holds a Bachelor of Laws from Lebanese University in Beirut.
Sami worked as an attorney and legal consultant and provided legal services to international and local clients in corporate and transactional law, business law, international commercial law, intellectual property, criminal law, real estate, taxation, media, labor law, and litigation. He has more than 9 years of experience in general corporate commercial matters with a special focus on information technology, intellectual property, telecommunications, and commercial contracts.

He also advises on franchising and commercial agency as well as varied technology, communications, and media related contracts. Sami graduated with an LLB from the Sagesse University in Beirut Lebanon and was admitted to the Beirut Bar Association in March 2004.
Abhinav Lohia is a dual-qualified attorney, licensed to practice in New York, USA, and India. He has practiced corporate and intellectual property law in New Delhi, India before moving to the USA and Davies and Associates head office in New York, where he specialized in investor and immigration law.
Abhinav manages additional representation by outside professionals including but not limited to international tax attorneys, financial advisors, and accountants to create and implement efficient cross border corporate and tax strategies for the clients in addition to representing their immigration needs. Abhinav is fluent in English and Hindi and holds a Masters of Law (L.L.M) from the George Washington University School of Law, Washington D.C.
Parkins is an American attorney licensed to practice since 2005. In addition to his experience in the US, he practiced in the real estate arm of one of the largest Dubai-based private equity firms from 2008 to 2010. Parkins currently focuses on representing both private individuals and companies in international corporate law, outside general counsel matters, and US immigration law, specifically US investor visas.

He is currently the Vice President of Bulgarian Business Council in the UAE and he is also an official FIFA players’ agent licensed by Bulgarian Football Union.
Heth Grillet is the Executive Manager of Bond Lawyers. She is responsible for the day-to-day operation and management of the office, including financial, nonlegal staff, space and facilities management, and communication with the legal team. She also serves as an executive assistant to the managing partner prior to Bond Lawyers Legal Consultants. Heth worked in the hospitality industry for 8 years.
She brings her wide experience in events and customer service to the firm. She had worked in Le Meridien and Capital Club in Dubai. Heth received a Bachelor of Science in Commerce from the University of Perpetual Help System in the Philippines.
